Question:
What is a Charter Member?
Answer:
Charter Members are those who join before January 1st 2010. They get the special prices and privileges you are reading about NOW.

Question:
How do I reduce my membership fee or get a complete refund?
Answer:
As a Charter Member, you have already been given a 50% discount on your membership fee, however, if you wish to further reduce your fee, simply refer two new members within 1 year of joining (make sure they put in your referral code), and we will retroactively refund 50% of your current membership fee for the entire year, (bringing your monthly fee to only $9.99). If you refer a total of six new members within a year of joining, we will retroactively refund 100% of your membership fee, making the entire year FREE, and making you eligible to become a TOP 10 Members (see below). Your referral code came with your Welcome Letter.

What is the purpose of the Referral Code?
Answer:
The Referral Code allows us to credit members whenever they refer someone to join. This allows us to give them a partial or total refund on their membership fee if they refer either 2 or 6 people. This is also how we pay our TOP 10 members on the members guided in by them. Your Referral Code can be found in your Welcome Letter.

What is a ‘TOP 10’ Member?
Answer:
‘TOP 10’ Members are those who have referred 6 new members by sharing Life Masters with others, and as a result of doing so, have earned back their entire membership fee. Upon reaching this milestone, these passionate members are then offered an exclusive opportunity to apply as a TOP 10 Member, where (if they are accepted) they may then earn a substantial income for continuing to guide new members to Life Masters. NOTICE, some companies will consider becoming a TOP 10 Member to be a conflict of interest with their own business model, so you may want to review this with your HR department first.

Question:
Is Life Masters a Network Marketing Company or MLM?
Answer:
No. We are an Empowerment Support Organization. Some of our members are network marketers, but we have doctors and lawyers too. (although we do financially compensate an exclusive group of members (see TOP 10 Members above) for guiding new members to our program, this is strictly a referral fee, there is no multiple level layering or ‘residual’ income.

What is Ucoach University?
Answer:
Although we offer you a support-coaching program as part of your membership… in the near future, we will be launching Ucoach University for those who wish to take coaching to yet another level or who wish to become a professional life coach. You will be notified when we launch this service.

Who is Mark Fourniér?
Answer:

How do I access the ‘recordings’ and attend the ‘weekly sessions’?
Answer:

Quick Start

How to benefit immediately from Life Masters:

RECORDED Programs 

• When you’re ready to listen to a recording, go to the top of the screen and click on the RECORDED Programs button. There you will find two types of recordings:

1) An ever-growing list of recorded teleseminars & webinars

2) An ever-expanding list of recorded weekly sessions (Q&A with Mark Fourniér)

• When you find a subject you like, simply click on it. (Be sure you’re logged in.)
• As a Charter Member, you may listen to as many recordings as you like and as often as you wish to do so.
• In the future it will be possible to download these programs for a nominal fee.

LIVE Programs

(Join us as often as you can!)

• When you wish to participate in a LIVE, Q&A with Mark Fourniér session, go to the top of the screen and click on the LIVE Programs button. There you will find a list of subjects covered live each week during Mark Fourniér’s interactive, Q&A workshops. If you scroll down you will see greater and greater detail on each subject.

• As a Charter Member, you may attend as many different subjects/sessions as you wish.

• Find sessions you wish to attend, then login and click on the EVENT Calendar button and it will take you to the monthly calendar so you can see when your chosen sessions are scheduled.

• When you find the subject/session you want to attend, click on it and you will be emailed an invitation.

• When the invitation arrives, click on the RSVP immediately. (Failing to RSVP at least 24 hours before the event may prevent you from being included in the session).

• If you have sent your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event you will be emailed a call-in number and code. The email will tell you exactly how to call in to the session.

• Usually, sessions will be held at the same time and day as they were the preceding week to make it easier for you to plan your schedule.

• If you wish to ask questions in one of these sessions, you may do so live or via email at Questions@LifeMasters.org (If you email your question, make sure you tell us exactly which of our current subjects your question falls under, such as ‘Empowerful Health & Fitness’, so it gets addressed during the appropriate workshop).

• If you listen to the questions asked by OTHERS, you will soon discover that these are questions you would have asked as well.

• If a session time or date doesn’t work for you, you can wait one week and listen to the recording of that session under recorded weekly sessions (just follow the instructions given above under RECORDED Programs).

• If you cannot attend a specific LIVE session but still wish to ask questions, you may email your questions to Questions@LifeMasters.org and then watch the recordings each week to see when your questions are addressed. (Each weekly recording includes a typed list of the questions addressed).

• Make-Up Sessions: From time to time we need to move or cancel a weekly session due to holidays, vacations and issues beyond our control. When this happens, we attempt to schedule make-up sessions during that same week so members will remain supported each and every week on every single subject. (If a holiday break covers most of the week such as with Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter we may need to skip that week entirely). So if a session date you’re looking for appears to be missing, just look under Make-Up Sessions at the bottom of the monthly Event Calendar and you’ll probably find the replacement date there.
